Jared competed in his first Quarter Midget race this past weekend at the Lee Thomas Raceway in Cumming, GA.  The event was sponsored by the North GA Quarter Midget Association.  Jared competed in the Junior Novice class.  He finished 3rd in the first race and 4th in his second race.  We don't know who was more excited, Ernie or Jared.  Ernie said that he got all choked up when he heard Jared's name announced for the first time.  Needless to say, Kim and Jordan were also there cheering him on!  Jared's only complaint was that we told him not to nerf anyone, and he said he got nerfed several times!  That's just racin'.
